I suppose i should have posted this before I fixed the problem but if this can help anyone that should be the goal.

Issue, my wifes 92lx has had a bad issue with flooding when starting, I thought it was just a bad fuel pressure regulator or stuck injector.
whenever id try to start the car (after first start up) it would flood out, the only way i could get it to start was to crank it at wot until it would clear up enough to start.

trying to fix the problem I replaced
fuel pressure regulator
iac
injectors
maf
ecm
plugs
wires
cap and rotor
intake air temp sensor

long story short it ended up that it was the coolant temp sensor
i did not know but to clear the ecm codes you unhook the negitive battary cable for 20-30 mins

car runs better than it ever has and should be up for a nice drive to sotah next month
