Saw this today at a local shop the tow vehicle was being worked on. Any ideas. Plates are California so maybe somehting for a movie or ???

it looks like one of those Southern Utah land mine clearing rigs.....But I did not know that we still had a problem with the radical Morman terrorists.

I found out, they said it was purchased by the church to roam stealth around the temple square area and the large boom can reach out and pick up kissing gays and remove them from the area without making physical contact, also good for protesters during conference. Damn, why didn't I think of that.

its one of those camera cars they use for movies to film like chase scenes and stuff. I saw it on a dvd extra or something for some movie
